PRIME MARINE ANNOUNCES NEW OWNERSHIP
Rancho Cucamonga - November 1, 2007 – Prime Marine, a leader in custom boat
installations, repair, and service, recently announced new ownership. Michael A.
Ramirez, current president and owner has acquired the 8-year business Prime Marine
from Randy Davis.
Ramirez has been with Prime Marine for 9 years and has been the acting General Manger
for the last 6 years. In addition to his new ownership role, Ramirez will continue as the
company’s visionary leader handling day-to-day operations of Marine Repair and
Installations. Under new ownership, Prime Marine will now offer Indoor Storage for
large and small watercraft becoming very convenient for weekend vacationers in need of
last minute service.

family, performance, and pleasure boating,” said President Mike A. Ramirez.
Ramirez began his career at Prime Marine in 1999 where he soon promoted to acting
General Manager. Some of Ramirez’s work include rigging the first F-2 ski-race boat.
